  • Sealed Units - 5 years against sealed unit failure including condensation inside of the unit. 
  • Moving parts/hardware -3 years if installed by PCW, 1 year if supply only.

    Replace or repair every damaged or jammed moving part installed by our company found to be defective due to faulty materials or manufacture

  • Installation - 10 years, only on products installed by Perfect Crystal Windows Ltd.

      

 

Only quality branded components are used: Pilkington glass, Heritage multi-point locking systems, Yale locks, responsibly sourced high performing timber and Accoya timber, glazing bars, decorative panels and hardware in a range of finishes, all from leading brands with market leading guarantees.
We offer a choice of double and triple glazing and for all those properties in conservation area - secondary glazing.
Initially we only provided only handmade, labour-intensive timber joinery, however we are now able to offer high performance traditional timber window and door products to the market within time and at competitive prices.
All our installers are registered with FENSA -the government authorised Competent Persons Scheme for the replacement of windows, doors and roof lights in England and Wales. We have been assessed against internationally recognised standards, BSI, and operate to the highest levels of quality and service.
A energy rated windows come as a standard option. C rated windows are also available on request. By upgrading old windows, you can reduce heating and cooling costs in your home.
We use a responsibly sourced high performance FSC® Pure hardwood timber that combines high grade quality and structural stability.
Our workshop is highly computerised and offers precision engineering CNC machinery to ensure the quality in smallest detail.
Our people are technically trained in all specifics of our comprehensive range of products and systems, and qualified up to the industry standards.
We design and manufacture in: timber, aluminium, uPVC, composite and various glass options: decorative panels, noise reduction, toughened, self-cleaning, privacy glass and switchable glass.
We have over 200 RAL colours available and a wide range of stains and finishes, as well as a dual colour option to help you find your perfect shade.
