FASTER LEAD TIMES ON SELECTED PRODUCTS WITH PCW EXPRESS SERVICE

At Perfect Crystal Windows, we understand that sometimes you might be facing tight project deadlines and having the right product at the right time can take a massive weight off your shoulders.

That is why we have decided to launch our Premium Service on orders that don’t require site survey and installation service. As this is a premium service and you will be jumping the queue – additional charges will apply. Check for detailed terms of Express Service in our Terms and Conditions.

This Service is directed to our trade customers who have their dimensions and product specifications ready, so the order details can be processed and moved to production within a day – cutting a massive chunk of time from our standard order processing times.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER USING EXPRESS SERVICE

1. Give us a call on 0208 963 9700 or pop in and ask for Express Service
2. Choose from the Express Service Product List.
3. Give us product specification and sizes.
4. Place an order by signing a quote and pay deposit.
5. We will notify you once your product is ready.

Do you have other items on your list that are not covered by our service? Speak to a member of staff – we might be able to help you with them too, if our production isn’t overbooked.

5. Timber Standard Sash Windows ( Weights or Springs ) White – 2 weeks
6. Timber Single and French back Doors ( Not Entry Door ) White – 2 weeks
7. Standard Single Glass 4mm or Double Glass ( Not toughened ) – Next Day
