PCW have fitted windows in two of my properties. Karol was extremely bright and efficient and the windows are a very good quality product for the price – better than our local supplier. We had a broken window that needed to be reglazed and what I did find was that there wasn’t a very good channel of communication between the fitters and the office teams so that we had to chase our end although the fitters had promised to inform the office themselves. Otherwise, though, we were satisfied with PCW. They had been recommended as a good value windows company by our builder friend.
First fitters did a rushed job leaving quite serious errors on all 3 fits. To be fair, these fitters worked hard and they had extremely difficult hardwood frames to remove. The installation manager payed a visit, and a second team fixed everything to an amazing standard.
We made a couple of trips to the showroom and corresponded with Karol by email and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very helpful. The Fitting Team were courteous, friendly and efficient. We only had the French Doors installed a few weeks ago but we are pleased with the quality of the product. Customer service before and after installation was very good.
Thank you for the replacement uPVC windows, we are so pleased with them, they have complemented our property really well and are a significant improvement on our old single glazed units. Your sales and after service team were especially helpful and a pleasure to deal with. This is the 4th time we have commissioned yourselves and we would be happy to continue doing so in future when we tackle further projects.

All was delivered on time and all fitting was done very well. I’m very happy and my flat looks lovely with new windows. I would highly recommend them to my neighbours and all friends. All good except a part wasn’t delivered with the door. This was rectified the next day though, so we were happy with the outcome.

Generally very please with whole aspect of job – efficient and helpful, fitting team cleared up well behind them. Only small gripe is re the installation date – could have done with more information as to how long it would actually take.
The windows change was executed brilliantly & really professionally. The two workers (Eric & Robert) worked exceptionally well and were very helpful & cleaned up well after the job was completed. All looks great – job well done! :)

I purchased six large windows and was extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. The staff before, during and after installation were totally professional and helpful. Everything ran smoothly, the product is excellent and the fitters were extremely hard working. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use again.

After the sales process and estimating by Tomasz and team, the fitting went to plan at end of August 2015. Fitters DANIEL, with assistance of Robert, did an excellent and very clean job, fitting replacement (previously Victorian wooden doors) double patio doors (UPVC) and a replacement kitchen door (Aluminium). Customer service support from Kasia was also most helpful once I realised and notified her that I had not got a Fensa Certificate by February 2016. She got straight onto that little issue and contacted Fensa, who then confirmed that a certificate would be forthcoming shortly. All in all PCW delivered and fitted to plan, a nice looking job, and fair value for money also from among the several initial quotes I had obtained. All the team I dealt with were pleasant and knowledgeable, and addressed my needs.
We are delighted with the quality of our aluminium bifold doors, and PCW service! The installation was carried out beautifully by two excellent fitters who really went the extra mile to meet our requirements. Lovely guys would recommend them to anyone.
