BESPOKE SOLUTIONS

All products are made to order following an onsite survey and consultation with our technical team. Having a manufacturing facility under the same roof guarantees we have full control over the time and quality of the production process and finished product.

WARRANTIES

uPVC Frames – 10 years against frames discolouration, warping or splits
Warranty subject to general maintenance and cleaning. PCW advise windows are wiped down annually and any hinges/moving components are lubricated and cleaned (where applicable).

Aluminium Frames – 10 years against frames discolouration, warping or splits
All window and door elements which are designed to be opened, closed and locked must be operated at least once a month to avoid damage through inoperative wear and tear (especially corrosion and stiffness).

Timber Frames – 10 years against finish. Please refer to specific timber maintenance guidelines on our website at www.perfectcrystal.co.uk/maintenance

Sealed Units – 5 years against sealed unit failure including condensation inside of the unit.

Moving parts/hardware -3 years if installed by PCW, 1 year if supply only.

Replace or repair every damaged or jammed moving part installed by our company found to be defective due to faulty materials or manufacture

Installation – 10 years, only on products installed by Perfect Crystal Windows Ltd.

QUALITY COMPONENTS

Only quality branded components are used: Pilkington glass, Heritage multi-point locking systems, Yale locks, responsibly sourced high performing timber and Accoya timber, glazing bars, decorative panels and hardware in a range of finishes, all from leading brands with market leading guarantees.

DOUBLE, TRIPLE, SECONDARY GLAZING

We offer a choice of double and triple glazing and for all those properties in conservation area – secondary glazing.

BESPOKE TIMBER JOINERY

Initially we only provided only handmade, labour-intensive timber joinery, however we are now able to offer high performance traditional timber window and door products to the market within time and at competitive prices.

ACCREDITATIONS

All our installers are registered with FENSA -the government authorised Competent Persons Scheme for the replacement of windows, doors and roof lights in England and Wales. We have been assessed against internationally recognised standards, BSI, and operate to the highest levels of quality and service.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

A energy rated windows come as a standard option. C rated windows are also available on request. By upgrading old windows, you can reduce heating and cooling costs in your home.

SUSTAINABILITY

We use a responsibly sourced high performance FSC® Pure hardwood timber that combines high grade quality and structural stability.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

Our workshop is highly computerised and offers precision engineering CNC machinery to ensure the quality in smallest detail.

Our History

2001
We worked out of a small Perivale workshop and started supplying uPVC and aluminium windows and doors.
2006
We moved to a bigger factory in Park Royal, London with the addition of bi-folding doors.
2007
We set up a timber joinery line.
2012
Extra Slim Sliding Doors and frameless glass were added to our collection.
2013
We moved to a much bigger factory and opened our first showroom.
2014
CnC machinery helped us boost our timber production.
2016
We introduced an innovative Order Tracking system and a much bigger Showroom.
